  • What sort of cards do you accept?

    We currently accept Pokemon TCG (Please contact us directly regarding Topps, Topsun etc.) Dragon Ball Z CCG (by score), Dragon Ball Super, Digimon, Flesh and Blood and MetaZoo trading cards. The reason we do not accept any other trading cards is because we believe in only grading cards from franchises we have superior knowledge in, and have been a part of since their inception. As our team grows and new experts join us, we may look to accept cards from other franchises.

  • How do I submit my cards?

    To submit your cards, simply click on the start a submission button in the top right corner. You can complete a submission as a guest, or after logging into your account. Once you have selected the service level you would like to use, you will be taken to a page where you can enter the details of each card you are wanting to grade. At the conclusion of the form, you will be provided with an address to mail your cards to.

  • How should I package my cards before posting them to you?

    Ideally, in order to preserve the condition of your cards and minimise the risk of damage during transport, we recommend you sleeve your cards, place them in a card saver and post them in a box that allows minimal to no movement. Minimal to no movement can be achieved by bubble wrapping your cards and/or including foam within the box.

  • Where do I post my cards to?

    Please package and post your cards to “Prestige Grading Services PO Box 6040, GEELONG WEST VIC 3218”. Please make sure you have your name on the parcel and your order number/submission form contained within your parcel. This form will have been sent to you via email after your completed your order, and is available in the “Orders” section of your account. If you are having trouble finding this, please contact us via email or one of our socials

  • Do you offer a walk-in service?

    Unfortunately we do not offer a walk in service, but it is something we may consider offering down the track. Keep your eyes peeled.

  • What is declared value?

    The declared value is the financial value you attribute to each card you are submitting. The declared value is used determine the amount of insurance applied when returning your graded cards and when storing them at our secure facility. A higher declared value will result in greater return postage expense.

  • Are my cards insured when they are posted back to me?

    Yes, we insure your cards at their declared value up to a maximum of $5,000. If you require additional insurance, please split your cards across multiple orders (Submissions) so that the declared value is below $5,000. To save on postage, you may combine your orders when sending them to us. However, please note that we will post back your orders separately.

  • Do you offer a card cleaning service?

    No. we do not alter, clean or modify your cards in any way. Please ensure your cards are free from dirt, grime, dust etc. before submitting them, or the grade your card(s) receive may be affected.

  • Why wasn’t my card graded?

    There are a number of reasons your card is returned to you without being graded. In these instances, we will strive to inform you by including a note in your returned package as to the reason why and/or contact you through other means, such as via email.

  • What is the pop. report?

    The pop. report (population report) is a database that stores information regarding every card we have graded. For example, if you wanted to see if we have graded a card from a certain set, you would try to locate that set on our pop. report search function. If successful, you can then view all the cards we have graded from that set, including the one you were interested in. Further to this, you have will have insight into how many of a particular card has been graded and what grades have been achieved for that respective card.

  • How do I check the subgrades of a PGS graded card?

    You can do this by clicking here. We intentionally kept subgrades off our label in order to keep them less cluttered and more aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code on the back of a PGS graded card’s label, which will take you to that respective cards subgrades.

     

  • My mailing address has changed. What can I do?

    That is no issue at all. Please contact us directly from the email address linked to your submission. Provide us with your new address and we will do the rest.

  • Can I submit multiple orders together?

    Yes, you can. We, however, encourage that for all orders sent to us, that you include your printed submission form, or a note referencing your order number. If you are submitting multiple orders in one package, simply include all respective submission forms or a note detailing all order numbers that were sent as part of the one shipment.

  • Got anything cool to tell me?

    From time to time, we will call up a customer at random and shout them pizza. This could be you! To go in the running for our pizza shout, simply submit cards for grading through PGS. If you include your phone number, you will be on the list of people we may potentially call in a given month.

  • Got anything else that’s cool to tell me?

    We have a focus on giving back. Each year, we will look to donate to a charity or number of charities. To assist us, we will ask our customers for which charities they would like to see us donate to. Please connect with our social media pages where you will have the opportunity to tell us about charities or causes you are passionate about.
